16 ounce canton noodles
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup chopped yellow onions
2 pounds tender meat (pork, beef, or shrimp)
2 tablespoons white wine
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup Mr. Yoshida's sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 head of green cabbage, shredded
1/4 cup julienned carrots
1/4 cup sliced celery
1/4 cup green bell pepper, sliced 1 inch long
1 - 14 ounce can of chicken stock

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the chopped yellow onions and sauté until translucent.

Add the tender meat (pork, beef, or shrimp) and cook until browned.

Stir in the white wine, black pepper, Mr. Yoshida's sauce, and soy sauce, mixing well.

Add the shredded cabbage, julienned carrots, sliced celery, and green bell pepper to the pot.

Pour in the chicken stock and bring to a simmer.

Add the canton noodles and cook until they are heated through and well combined with the other ingredients.
