2 tablespoons cooking oil
half tablespoon garlic (fine chopped)
120 gram boneless chicken
2 tablespoons red chili garlic sauce
3 tablespoons tomato ketchup
1 tablespoon soya sauce
salt (to taste)
1 tablespoon sugar
half tablespoon white pepper
half tablespoon chicken powder
half tablespoon cumin seeds
boiled rice
1.5 cups mayonnaise
half tablespoon red chili flakes

Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil to a pan.

Add half tablespoon of fine chopped garlic and sauté for a moment.

Add 120 grams of boneless chicken and sauté for 3 minutes on medium to high flame.

Add 2 tablespoons of red chili garlic sauce.

Add 3 tablespoons of tomato ketchup.

Add 1 tablespoon of soya sauce and salt to taste.

Add 1 tablespoon of sugar, half tablespoon of white pepper, and half tablespoon of chicken powder.

Add half tablespoon of cumin seeds and mix well for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add the chopped vegetables (capsicum, carrot, cabbage, spring onion) and egg noodles, mixing well for 3 minutes.

Add the mixture on top of boiled rice.

Prepare the sauce by mixing 1.5 cups of mayonnaise, half tablespoon of red chili flakes, and 3 tablespoons of tomato ketchup.

Mix the sauce well.
