Add 2 envelopes of sazon and 1 tablespoon of oregano.

Add approximately 3 tablespoons of salt, adjusting to taste.

Bring the mixture to a boil.

Once boiling, add the 10 cups of rice and stir.

Lower the heat to medium-high to low and cover the pot.

Cook for approximately 30 to 45 minutes, stirring once after 30 minutes.
