1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 cup water
2 cups chopped tomatoes
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon kasuri methi
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves

Add mixed vegetables (shakkariya, ringna, dudhi, bateta) to the tawa.

Sprinkle salt and turmeric powder over the vegetables and mix well.

Cover the tawa and let the vegetables cook for 10 to 15 minutes.

After 10 to 15 minutes, uncover and add a little water.

Cover again and let it cook for another 15 to 20 minutes.

Once the vegetables are cooked, push them to the side of the tawa.

Add red chili powder, coriander powder, and kasuri methi to the tomatoes.
