Heat Ghee in a pot

Add 2 Bay Leaves, 2 Dry Red Chillies, Cinnamon, Green Cardamom, and Black Peppercorn; cook for 1-2 minutes until spices crackle

Add Sliced Garlic and Julienned Ginger; sauté for 2 minutes

Add Sliced Onion and layer Chicken on top

Add Turmeric and Coriander Powder on top of the Chicken

Pour Water over the Chicken and bring to a boil for 30 minutes

Remove the lid and strain the stock into a bowl

Debone the Chicken and transfer the stock back into the pot

Season the stock with Garam Masala, Black Pepper, Cumin Powder, Fennel Powder, and Salt; simmer for a few minutes

Lower the heat and add Cream to the soup

Plate the deboned Chicken in a bowl and pour the soup on top

Garnish with a sliced-boiled egg, crushed Black Pepper, and freshly chopped Coriander
