Greek Keftedes Recipe (Short)

Chop 1 onion and add it to a food processor with 2 cloves of garlic.

Process until finely chopped and add to a big bowl with ground beef.

Process fresh mint and parsley leaves until fine and add to the big bowl.

Add Tango breadcrumbs, shredded parmesan cheese, and whole milk to the bowl.

Beat 2 eggs in the side of the bowl to avoid dirtying another bowl and add to the mixture.

Season with salt, freshly cracked black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes.

Mix everything well to ensure even distribution of flavors.

Line baking trays with parchment paper and roll the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan until it reaches about 350°F.

Fry the meatballs for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Transfer the fried meatballs to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess grease.

Serve with tzatziki sauce on the side for dipping.
