1 large onion, chopped
1 tbsp of ginger&garlic paste
2 large tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp of ground coriander
1/2 tsp of ground cumin
1/2 tsp of ground turmeric
1/2 tsp of garam masala
1/3 tsp of crushed black pepper
salt to taste
some chopped coriander leaves
