Preheat oven to 400°F/200°C. Place the rack in the center of the oven.
Pat dry salmon fillets with paper towels.
Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
Heat butter in a cast iron skillet and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until butter becomes ever-so-slightly browned and has a nutty aroma, about 2-3 minutes.
Add and sauté minced garlic, stirring frequently for 1 minute or until fragrant. Pour in honey and let it dissolve into the butter-garlic mixture. Add in lemon juice and continue to stir until all flavors are combined.
Place salmon fillets to the butter-honey mixture in the skillet. Cook salmon for 3 minutes until golden while basting the tops with pan juices.
Add lemon wedges around salmon. Transfer the skillet to the oven and set it to broil on high setting and broil the salmon for 3-5 minutes, or until the top of the salmon is nicely charred.
Remove from the oven and drizzle the salmon with browned butter-honey mixture glazed. Top with finely chopped fresh parsley.
Taste and adjust seasoning using extra salt and pepper, as needed.
