Add 3 cups of finely grated cassava to a mixing bowl.
Add 1.5 cups of finely grated coconut to the bowl.
Add 3/4 cup of finely grated pumpkin to the mixture.
Add 1/3 cup of softened unsalted butter to the bowl.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon of spice, 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg, a pinch of clove powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper to the mixture.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of finely grated ginger and 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence to the bowl.
Add 3/4 cup of brown sugar and 1/2 cup of condensed milk to the mixture.
Mix all ingredients together until well combined and at room temperature.
Lightly grease a 9x5 inch baking dish with butter.
Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish.
Create little indentations throughout the top of the mixture using your hand.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 1 hour until golden brown.
