Chop basil and mix it into mayonnaise.
Add a garlic clove to the mayonnaise and mix well.
Slice ribeye beef more thinly if necessary.
Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
Add sliced onion and another clove of garlic to the pan.
Add roasted red bell pepper, pepperoncini, dried tomatoes, and cherry peppers to the pan.
Warm the mixture in the pan for about 3-4 minutes until heated through.
Add mozzarella cheese to the mixture and a splash of balsamic vinegar; let the cheese melt for a couple more minutes.
Prepare baguettes by spreading mayonnaise on the tops.
Put the prepared beef and cheese mixture onto the baguettes.
Place the sandwiches under the broiler for about 3 minutes until toasted.
Remove from the broiler and let cool slightly before serving.
