1 cup of water
1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice

Preheat the oven to 400F. Grease a cupcake pan generously with melted butter.

In a bowl, mix mozzarella cheese and cream.

Using kitchen scissors or hands, shred the kataifi dough into small pieces.

Place the shredded kataifi in each cupcake and press it with your fingers or a cup to cover it as a cup.

Fill a tablespoon of the cheese and cream mixture in each cupcake.

Cover it with more kataifi dough and press down gently.

Place the cupcake pan into the oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove the pan from the oven, pour some sugar syrup, cover it with a baking tray and flip it down. Place them in the serving dish. Add more syrup and garnish with chopped pistachios. Serve immediately to enjoy the crispiness.
