In a pan, add milk along with cornflour, sugar and fresh cream. Mix this all well to get a lump-free mixture.

Switch on the flame and let it cook until it thickens up a bit. Add cheese of your choice and cook for another couple of minutes to get the desired consistency.

To make the sugar syrup, add water in a pan along with sugar. Let this boil for a couple of minutes until the sugar dissolves completely.

Add in a squeeze of lemon juice along with 1 tablespoon of rose water, switch off the flame and let cool down.

To make the Kunafa cups, take Kunafa dough, add in melted butter or ghee, and mix this all well with the help of your hands.

Place this in a cupcake mould and press it down, leaving a space in the centre.

Bake this at 250°C for 10-15 minutes or until golden.

Let it cool down completely before demoulding it.

Garnish it as shown in the video, pour in the sugar syrup and enjoy.
