Wash the salmon fillets with salt and cold water, then pat dry with a paper towel.
Season the salmon with Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt on one side.
Let the seasoned salmon sit at room temperature for about 12 minutes to allow the spices to seep in and to take the chill off.
In a separate pot, add baby sweet peas with just enough water to cover them, 2 tablespoons of butter, and a pinch of salt and sugar.
Bring the peas to a boil and cook until tender.
Prepare the couscous by adding 2 tablespoons of butter and 1 and 1/4 cups of water to a pot, bringing it to a boil.
Once boiling, add the couscous and the seasoning packet (roasted garlic olive oil) to the pot, cover, and turn off the heat to let it steam.
In a skillet, melt about half a stick of butter over medium heat until it turns brown, watching for the milk solids to fall to the bottom and turn brown.
Place the salmon in the skillet skin side down and cook until the skin is crispy, then flip and cook the other side.
Once cooked through, remove the salmon from the skillet.
