Instructions

  1. 1Soak oats in water for 4-6 hours or overnight.
  2. 2Drain and blend soaked oats with coconut milk until smooth.
  3. 3In a bowl, mix rice flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
  4. 4Combine the oat mixture with the dry ingredients, stirring well.
  5. 5Cover the batter and let it ferment for 2-3 hours in a warm place.
  6. 6Once fermented, add chopped onion, green chilies, curry leaves, ginger, and grated carrot to the batter.
  7. 7Heat a pan and lightly grease it with vegetable oil.
  8. 8Pour a ladleful of batter into the pan, swirling to coat the sides.
