Sgocciolate attraverso un colino il contenuto di 3 barattoli di fagioli cannellini. Sciacquateli sotto acqua fredda corrente e lasciateli sgocciolare (1). Spellate lo spicchio d'aglio e rosolatelo per 1 o 2 minuti in una casseruola con due cucchiai di olio extravergine d'oliva (2). Unite i cannellini e soffriggeteli per un minuto (3).

Trascorsi i 10 minuti prelevate la metร  dei fagioli insieme al brodo e allo spicchio d'aglio (6); poneteli in una ciotola e unite le foglie di salvia lavate e 10 g di pinoli (7). Frullate fino fino ad ottenere una crema (8).

Versate la crema alla salvia nella casseruola con i fagioli (9). Unite il parmigiano grattugiato e 10 g di pinoli (10), mescolate e spegnete il fuoco. Condite con un filo d'olio e qualche pizzico di pepe (11). Se occorre regolate di sale, mescolate e servite subito.
