Cut cucumbers into cubes.

Cut tomatoes into cubes.

Add pitted and sliced kalamata olives.

Slice red onion and soak in white vinegar to reduce raw taste for about five minutes.

Prepare dressing by mixing extra virgin olive oil, white vinegar (or red vinegar/lemon juice), dried oregano, salt, black pepper, and optional mashed garlic.

Drain the soaked onions and add them to the salad.

Crumble feta cheese over the salad.

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss everything together until well combined.
