Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
In a bowl, mix baby carrots and cauliflower florets with extra virgin olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Spread the vegetables out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast the vegetables in the oven for 25 minutes until fork tender and slightly charred.
In a separate bowl, mix chili paste, olive oil, orange juice, and ground ginger to create the sauce.
Take the salmon fillets and submerge them in the sauce to marinate.
Once the vegetables are done, nestle the salmon fillets skin side down in between the roasted vegetables on the baking sheet.
Pour the remaining sauce over the salmon fillets.
Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
