Heat 2-3 tablespoons of oil in a pan until slightly warm.
Add 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin and 1/2 teaspoon hing, and mix well.
Add 1 tablespoon ginger paste and 2-3 tablespoons finely chopped onion, sauté for one minute.
Add 2-3 tablespoons finely chopped capsicum and boiled peas, which have been boiled in hot water for 4-5 minutes.
Add 250 grams of boiled potatoes, which have been boiled in a pressure cooker until soft, and mash them.
Add 2 tablespoons finely chopped coriander, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon chili powder, salt to taste, 1 tablespoon coriander powder, and 1 tablespoon pav bhaji masala, and mix well.
Add 2-3 tablespoons of tomato ketchup and mix everything thoroughly.
Turn off the gas flame and transfer the mixture to a bowl.
Take sandwich bread and cut it into round shapes or triangle shapes as preferred.
Apply a little butter on a pan and place the bread pieces on it.
Toast the bread on low heat until the bottom side is crispy, then apply a little butter on the top side.
After 1-2 minutes, flip the bread to crisp the other side.
Once both sides of the bread are crispy, transfer them to a plate and let them cool slightly.
Spread the prepared filling on top of the bread pieces according to taste.
Sprinkle a little oil on top of the filling.
Apply a little more butter on the pan and place the filled bread back in.
Toast on low heat for another 1-2 minutes, then flip to crisp the other side.
Once both sides are crispy, transfer the gold coins to a serving plate.
