Parsley is a great substitute for fresh flavor, and dried is more economical.
Take a pressure cooker and add 2-3 tablespoons of ghee.
Heat the ghee and add chopped tomatoes.
Add the uncooked macaroni directly into the cooker without boiling it first.
Mix in all the chopped vegetables you have prepared.
Add 1 tablespoon of ketchup and mix well.
Add 0.5 teaspoon of red chili powder, 0.5 teaspoon of salt, and 0.5 teaspoon of black pepper, and mix again.
Add 3-4 tablespoons of vinegar and 1-2 tablespoons of soy sauce, and mix thoroughly.
Pour in approximately 1 cup of water, ensuring not too much or too little, as it will be pressure cooked.
Cover the pressure cooker and cook for 1-2 minutes after the first whistle.
After 2 minutes, release the pressure and check the macaroni; it should be perfectly cooked.
If there is excess water, cook it on high heat for an additional 2 minutes to evaporate it.
