1 carrot, finely chopped
1 celery stalk, finely chopped
1 lb ground beef
1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
2 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 cup red wine
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup whole milk
1 lb spaghetti
