Add salt to a pot of water and bring to a boil.
Once boiling, add a dash of olive oil and then add the spaghetti pasta.
Cook the pasta for about 10 minutes until al dente, then remove from heat.
In a baking tray, place half of the cooked pasta.
Top the pasta with the meat and tomato sauce, pressing it down well.
Add the remaining pasta on top of the meat sauce.
Prepare the béchamel sauce (instructions available on the creator's channel).
Pour the béchamel sauce evenly over the pasta.
Sprinkle breadcrumbs lightly on top.
Add a layer of parmesan cheese on top of the breadcrumbs.
Add another layer of breadcrumbs and then some cheese.
Drizzle with Greek olive oil to make it crispy.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40 to 55 minutes.
After about 50 minutes, check if the pasticho is ready and perfectly crispy.
Remove from the oven, serve on a plate, and enjoy.
