In a bowl, add 125 grams of flour and a small sprinkling of salt.
Add 15 milliliters of vegetable oil to the flour.
Gradually add 100 milliliters of hot water to the mixture, stirring to form a dough.
Knead the dough until it is pliable and elastic.
Divide the dough into small pieces and roll each piece into a shape resembling a hedgehog.
Texture the hedgehogs using a grater.
Bring water to a boil and add the hedgehogs once boiling.
Cook the hedgehogs until they float to the top, about 5 minutes.
In a separate pan, fry chopped bacon until cooked.
Add sour cream to the bacon and stir to combine.
Toss the cooked hedgehogs in the bacon and sour cream mixture before serving.
Garnish with parsley before serving.
