1 large onion, cubed
4-5 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, julienne
10-12 beans
1 large tomato, cubed
salt to taste
1 tsp crushed black pepper
a pinch of turmeric powder
1 litre chicken stock (or water)
1 tsp roasted cumin seeds (crushed)
2 tbsp cornflour slurry (2 tbsp cornflour + 1/4 cup water)
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp butter
a handful of fresh coriander leaves
