2 tsp Oregano
2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Curry powder
3-4 Tomatoes
1-2 tbsp Tomato sauce
Chicken stock
Red, yellow and green bell peppers
Cross and Blackwell Hot and spicy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

In a hot pot, add 1 tbsp of oil and 2 tbsp of butter/margarine. Let it melt.

Add seasoned chicken to fry on each side until golden brown and crispy on high heat.

Reduce heat to medium high and add chopped onions. Cook for 3 minutes.

Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add Worcestershire sauce, thyme, oregano, paprika, and curry powder. Stir well.

Add quartered tomatoes and tomato sauce, stir together, and cook for 8 minutes on medium heat.

Add red, yellow, and green bell peppers, and a little chicken stock to cover the chicken slightly. Close the pot and simmer for 15 minutes.

Add Cross and Blackwell Hot and Spicy sauce and simmer for another 15 minutes.
