1

Chop the whole chicken into pieces and grill on a chocal stove for a few minutes to singe off any long feathers.

2

Wash the chicken thoroughly and add it to a saucepan along with a big piece of fat.

3

Set aside the liver, heart, and unformed eggs.

4

Chop the vegetables: tomatoes, onion, green bell pepper, and crush the garlic.

5

After about 25 minutes, the chicken will produce its own liquid and the fat will melt at the bottom of the pan.

6

Drain off some of the excess fat from the pan.

7

Add the chopped onions to the chicken and cook for about 3 minutes until they turn translucent.

8

Add the chopped tomatoes and green bell peppers to the pan, along with a little water to help the tomatoes cook and soften.

9

Crush the tomatoes with a cooking stick as they soften.

10

Add enough water to just cover the chicken, then add the crushed garlic and salt.

11

Add the liver, heart, and unformed eggs that were set aside earlier, and cover the pan.

12

Let the stew cook for about 2 hours total, stirring occasionally.

13

After 1.5 hours, mix some Royco seasoning with water and add it to the stew, then allow it to continue cooking.

14

At the end of the 2 hours, the soup should have reduced to an acceptable level and smell amazing.
