Form a 7 oz ground chuck patty in a rectangular shape.

Preheat the flat top to medium high without oil.

Place the formed patty on the flat top and press down with parchment paper to create more surface area.

Let the patty sit to bond with the flat top before smashing it down for at least 10 seconds.

Twist and rotate the spatula to lift the patty off the flat top, ensuring it doesn't lift off completely.

Season the patty with adobo seasoning.

Add beef tallow to the flat top and let it melt.

Pour some consome broth onto the flat top.
