Top with another slice of bread, oiled side up.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the sandwich in it.
Cook until golden brown on one side, about 3-4 minutes.
Flip the sandwich and cook the other side until golden, about 3-4 minutes.
Remove from skillet and slice diagonally before serving.
