1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp dried coriander seeds (crushed)
1 tsp garam masala
2 tbsp plain yogurt (optional)
3 medium sized diced tomatoes
1 green chili (sliced)
freshly chopped coriander leaves

Heat vegetable oil in a wakara karai over high flame.
