1 teaspoon thyme
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 cup blended onions
1 tablespoon ginger
1 tablespoon garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 scotch bonnet pepper
1/4 cup oil
1 cup chopped onions
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 bay leaves
1/4 cup tomato paste
1 cup cooked pepper mix
1 teaspoon paprika powder
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
2 cups parboiled rice
2 cups beef stock
2 cups fresh tomatoes
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon all-purpose seasoning

Season the beef with seasoning cubes, beef seasoning, thyme, curry powder, blended onions, ginger, garlic, salt, and scotch bonnet pepper. Mix to combine and allow to steam cook for 10-12 minutes.
