2 tsp thyme

4 bouillon cubes
1/2 tsp nutmeg
4 bay leaves
4 tbsp butter or margarine
1.5 tbsp white pepper
1.5 cups turkey/chicken stock
1 medium size plum tomato
1 medium size onion
