1 large bell pepper
3 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon ginger
2 scotch bonnet peppers
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 cups chicken stock
1 teaspoon thyme
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 cup green peas
1 cup diced carrots
1 lb protein (chicken, beef, or shrimp)
