1 1⁄4 Cup chickpea flour
1⁄4 Cup rice flour
2 Teaspoon flax seed meal
1 Medium tomato, finely chopped
1 Medium onion, finely chopped
1⁄4 Cup chopped bell peppers (red, yellow and green)
1 Tablespoon coriander leaves, finely chopped
1 Teaspoon red chili powder
1 Teaspoon ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
1⁄4 Teaspoon turmeric powder
1 Deciliter water (as needed)

In a large bowl, add in chickpea flour, rice flour, flax seed meal and salt; mix well.

Pour little water at a time to make a thin batter.

Season with turmeric powder and ginger garlic paste.

Divide the batter in half and in one of the portion, add in the red chili powder, coriander leaves, ginger – garlic paste, onion, tomato, bell peppers and coriander leaves. Pour some more water if needed and make dough.

Heat a heavy bottom flat pan on medium – high and pour a ladle full of batter and spread. Cook on one side and flip and cook.
