1 bunch of Fenugreek Leaves (Methi leaves)
1 inch ginger
1 green chilli
3-4 cloves garlic
salt to taste
1 tsp cumin seeds powder
1 tsp coriander seeds powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
2 tsps Sesame seeds

Flatten each ball into a disc using your palms or a rolling pin.

Heat ghee/oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Place the thalipeeth on the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
