Boil water in a kettle.
Cube the salmon and marinate it with ginger, soy sauce, and garlic.
Cut the corn on the cob into four pieces.
Place the corn in the bottom of the steamer basket.
Put the cubed salmon on top of the corn in the steamer basket.
Ensure the water does not cover the salmon to avoid it getting too wet.
Steam the salmon and corn for 5 minutes at 120 degrees Celsius with no speed on the machine.
While the salmon is steaming, peel the carrots.
Cut the cucumber in half to demonstrate two different ways to prepare it.
Chop baby capsicums and prepare them for the poke bowl.
Chop fresh beetroot, wearing gloves to avoid staining.
