2 small avocados
¾ pack of violife greek white cheese
½ - ¾ tsp garlic
5 tbsp olive oil
1.5 tbsp balsamic vinegar
fresh basil
salt

Slice your tomatoes, avocado, and cheese.

Lay the sliced tomatoes on a plate and add the sliced cheese on top of the tomato.

Then add the avocado on top of the cheese.

In a small bowl or jug, add the olive oil and balsamic along with the minced garlic and mix well.

Pour the dressing over the salad and garnish with salt and pepper to taste and finally some fresh basil.
