Wash and dry the arugula, radicchio, and endive thoroughly.
Tear the arugula into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl.
Chop the radicchio and endive into thin strips and add to the bowl.

Tear the mozzarella cheese into small pieces and scatter over the salad.
