1/3 long green onion (35g)
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 shakes of Ajinomoto (umami seasoning)
black pepper (to taste)
200g cooked rice
egg yolk (for garnish)
chili oil (to taste)
150cc water
1/2 teaspoon Sōmi Shantan (soup base)
tuna oil (as needed)

Drain the tuna can and mix it with 1/3 of a long green onion (35g), 2 teaspoons of sesame oil, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 4 shakes of Ajinomoto, and black pepper.
