Peel and grate 500 grams of potatoes using a Korean-style grater.
Squeeze out excess potato juice and discard it.
Add 2 eggs and salt to the grated potatoes.
Mix in 2 tablespoons of flour until well combined.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Form the potato mixture into small balls and flatten them in the skillet.
Fry until golden brown on both sides.
Remove the pancakes and place them on a plate.
Slice 150 grams of onion into half rings and add to a hot skillet.
Add 500 grams of quartered mushrooms and sauté until browned.
Season with salt and pepper, then add 2 minced cloves of garlic.
Stir in sour cream and simmer for 2 minutes.
Serve the pancakes topped with the mushroom sauce.
