Wash and trim the bhindi, then cut into 1-inch pieces.

Add cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt to the bowl.
Drizzle oil over the mixture and toss everything together until well coated.
Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the bhindi is tender and slightly crispy.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle garam masala over the roasted bhindi, mixing gently.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
