Add diced beef or pork to the pan and brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
Once browned, add the meat to the pot with vegetables.
Stir in chopped cabbage and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes until tender.
Remove from heat and stir in chopped dill for freshness.
Serve hot with a dollop of sour cream on top.
Accompany with slices of bread and pickles on the side.
