Karask

5 dl sour milk or kefir
2 eggs
2 tbs salt
2 tbs sugar
30 ml of melted butter
2 tbs cumin seeds
6 dl oat flour
3 dl wheat flour
2 tbs baking soda

Whisk eggs with salt and sugar

Add sour milk or kefir, melted butter, cumin seeds, and baking soda

Pour the dough into a baking pan (20-30cm) that has been smeared with butter

Bake it in a 200C oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until it is golden brown

Eat it when it's warm
