Remove from heat and quickly stir in butter, coconut milk, and condensed milk.
Add salt, ground nutmeg, and cocoa powder, mixing well.
Fold in peanuts and coconut flakes until evenly distributed.
Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading it evenly.
Allow to cool for 30 minutes until set.
Cut into squares or desired shapes.
