4 tbsp Besan (gram flour)
½ cup Onion sliced
½ tbsp Garlic chopped

1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder

3 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Methi dana (fenugreek seeds)
1 tsp Cumin seeds
2 nos Dry red chilly
½ tsp Heeng (asafoetida)
1 cup Besan (gram flour) for pakora
to taste Salt for pakora
1 no Green chilly chopped for pakora
½ tsp Turmeric for pakora
1 tsp Red chilly powder for pakora
1 tbsp Coriander seeds for pakora
½ tsp Cumin for pakora
3/4 tsp Baking Powder for pakora
1 cup Spinach chopped for pakora
3/4 cup Water for pakora
2 tbsp Desi Ghee for tempering
2 tsp Coriander seeds for tempering
1 tsp Cumin for tempering
½ tsp Red chilly powder for tempering

For Pakora: In a bowl, mix besan, salt, chopped green chilly, turmeric, red chilly powder, coriander seeds, cumin, baking powder, spinach, and water to make a batter.

Heat oil in a frying pan and drop spoonfuls of the batter to fry until golden brown.

For Tempering: In a small pan, heat desi ghee and add coriander seeds, cumin, and red chilly powder; sauté for a minute.
