In a small bowl, combine salt, black pepper, and thyme.

Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and brown sugar to the bowl and mix until well combined.

Make sure your pork chops have been cleaned and dried.

Generously brush your pork chops with olive oil.

Season both sides of the pork chops with the seasoning mixture.

Place the pork chops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Transfer the baking sheet to the oven and cook for 15 minutes.
