1/2 teaspoon chaat masala (optional)

1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon tomato ketchup

Take 4 chapatis made from wheat flour (can also use maida).

Prepare the filling by taking a bowl and adding sliced onion, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice. Mix well to reduce the sharpness of the raw onion.

Add 1 medium-sized julienned carrot, 1 julienned capsicum, 1/2 sliced cabbage, and 2 sliced tomatoes into the bowl.

Add 3 sliced green chilies, 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala (optional), and 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes. Mix everything together.

Add 1/2 teaspoon salt and chopped fresh coriander. Mix well to combine all ingredients for the filling.

In another bowl, crack 4 eggs and add 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Whisk the eggs until well beaten.

Heat a pan and pour in a portion of the beaten egg, spreading it out.

Before the egg sets completely, place a chapati on top of the egg to adhere it.

Cook for about 10 seconds on low flame before flipping it over to cook the other side for another 10 seconds.

Remove the cooked egg and chapati from the pan and repeat the process with the remaining eggs and chapatis.

Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise and 1 teaspoon of tomato ketchup in the center of the chapati.

Add the prepared filling in the center of the chapati and roll it up tightly.
