2 green chili, chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
1 potato, boiled and mashed
1 tbsp salt or as per taste
1 tsp red chili powder (Lal Mirch powder)
¼ tsp black pepper powder
1 ½ cup water

In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, chopped green chili, finely chopped onion, boiled and mashed potato, salt, red chili powder, and black pepper powder.

Gradually add water to the mixture and stir until you achieve a smooth batter.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread it out to form a pancake.

Cook until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown as well.
