TORTA DI PASTA: ricetta buonissima!

Preheat the ventilated oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Cook the paccheri according to package instructions until al dente.

In a saucepan, prepare the besciamella by melting the butter, adding the flour, and gradually whisking in the milk. Season with salt, nutmeg, and cook until thickened.

In a baking dish, layer the cooked paccheri with passata pomodoro, besciamella, grated grana padano, and slices of provola affumicata.

Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of besciamella and grated cheese on top.

Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
