2 packets of Goya Powdered chicken or Beef bouillon
2 tsp Kitchen Bouquet browning seasoning
1 15.5 oz can of Dried pigeon peas and liquid
2 1/2 cups long grain white rice
3 cups water
Black Pepper to taste
Scotch Bonnet pepper
