Add oats to a pan and start cooking them with a little bit of oil.
Add chopped onions to the pan and sauté until they are sorted.
Add chopped capsicum and the rest of the vegetables: blanched cauliflower, blanched green peas, and chopped cabbage.
Season with crushed pepper, zira powder, chili powder, and haldi powder.
Add a little bit of water to help cook the vegetables fully.
Add kiss on sweet and spicy sauce to the mixture.
Incorporate boiled potatoes into the mixture and cook with chopped tomatoes until tangy.
Steam the mixture for about 2 minutes to combine flavors.
Add pomegranate seeds and chopped bananas, then mash everything together.
Stir in toasted oats, dabeli masala, and a touch of chaat masala, mixing well.
Prepare the powers by adding a few drops of oil and cooking until crisp on both sides.
Stuff the dabeli mixture into the cooked powers and add grated cheese on top.
Coat the dabeli with peanut masala, leftover chopped onions, and chopped coriander.
Serve the dabeli with raisins and fresh fruits like watermelon.
