Split Chickpea Fried Fritters

1 spoon mixture of spices
1/4 spoon turmeric powder
salt to taste
75 g mint leaves
300 ml water
100 g chickpea flour
1/4 spoon chili powder
100 ml water (for batter)

Heat the pan and pour in 10 ml of oil.

Put in the pieces of one onion and saute till it loses its pink color.

Put in the 25 g of garlic and 25 g of ginger pieces and saute well.

Put in the pieces of a tomato and saute and mix well.

Put in the 3 green chilies and saute well.

Put in the 100 g of split chickpea and mix well.

Put in a spoon of mixture of spices, a quarter spoon of turmeric powder and salt to taste and mix well.

Add 75 g of mint leaves and mix well.

Add 300 ml of water and mix well.

Let the mixture cook for 25 minutes in the pressure cooker.

Take 100 g of chickpea flour and mix in a quarter spoon of turmeric powder, a quarter spoon of chili powder, salt to taste and 100 ml of water little by little.

Mix in the cooked split chickpea (chana dal).

Mix thoroughly to make a uniform batter.

Heat a cavity pan and pour in 3 ml of oil into each of the cavities.

Pour in the split chickpea batter into each of the cavities and let it fry by turning from side to side till golden brown.

Take off the cavity pan and serve.
